Iris Server Actions is a command line tool designed to run a range of automated programs that perform certain tasks to do with the Iris Database. The tasks are generally required to run at a regular interval. For this reason, Iris Server Actions is designed to be used with Windows Scheduled Tasks. The server actions functionality includes the automation of tasks such as:

• Emailing Clients informing of notes that have changed on debt collection jobs
• Automated backup tasks
• Emailing Coordinators informing them of jobs that have been added to the system
• Database maintenance tasks
